Returning to Lichtenberg Studios after an initial residency in 2019, Costan will spend the month of April, 2025 continuing her public project, a series of Interventions. The month long previous residency in November of 2019 prompted Costan’s ongoing Interventions project. Since that the first Lichtenberg Studios visit, she has created, installed and documented over 160 art interventions in New York City, the Hudson Valley, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC as well as in many locations in Europe such as France, United Kingdom and Berlin and Cologne.
Beginning in 2006, Lichtenberg Studios has been the home of an international artist-in residence programme, located on the top floor of a Wilhelminian-period building which houses the Lichtenberg Museum. The museum resides in the ‘Victoriastadt’ quarter, in the historical Tuchollaplatz Square, Berlin.
